Artist’s details for unique interiors

After the wonderful adventure begun with VILLA MARITA, the purchase of this home gave us the chance to fulfil another dream: to dominate the hill of Eden Rock from its rocky summit.
We had understood the hidden charm of this villa, and when the opportunity presented itself we enhanced it through a renovation aimed at a perfect union with the surrounding nature.
We placed our complete trust in skilled local craftsmen, choosing materials in full respect of the environment and of Sardinian traditions. Once again we chose a name for the Villa that represents our deepest affections And here is the perfect combination of the names of our beloved fathers Carlo and Giuseppe: VILLA CARGIU

Between Nature and Wonder

On the side of the villa there is also an outdoor sitting area immersed in greenery, a quiet, secluded space designed for pauses, reading or simple reflection. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, in the evening hours it is gently lit with soft lights, creating an intimate, evocative atmosphere.

The living area is enriched by baskets and lamps hand-woven by basket-maker Antonio Utzeri, who has reinterpreted the traditional willow weave with contemporary colours and materials. The masonry works, such as the large living-room niches and the staircase bas-relief inspired by the “pibiones” motif of Sardinian carpets,
are crafted by Alessandro Locci, giving the interiors character and identity.
